Author name selection form
This form allows you to query for specific spellings of an author
name. Each line of the input field is used as a search string.
The result of this query is a form that contains all author names that
contain the search string at the beginning of a name. If you specify
'*string', then the form will return any name that contains the string
anywhere. Blank spaces are significant here. "White, S" is not the
same as "White,S". You can then select from this list which names and/or
objects to use in the following abstract query. You can also retrieve
an abstract query form with the selected names filled in to further
refine the query.
