One of the coauthors of this paper has his name given as Vladimir D. Ivanov.
His real name is Valentin D. Ivanov. This error came about partly as a
result of the ESO spam filter. Ivanov never saw any email correspondence
about this paper, as there were messages sent out to all the coauthors, and
the ESO spam filter decided that they were junk, so Valentin never knew that
the paper was being written. So he never had a chance to remind me that
I mis-remembered his first name.
