Erratum: On the last line of the first column of the paper, it
is stated that the shift in Right Ascension is

Delta (right ascension) = -39 +/- 41 milliarcsec

This should be corrected to:

Delta (right ascension) = +39 +/- 41 milliarcsec

Subsequent results in the paper are unchanged.
