Intrinsic Laws of Motion are invariant (ILMI) rejects any reciprocity for scalar quantities such as time dilation,mass-variation and length contraction obviating any closed loops through spacetime that restricts the FTL propagation. FTL propagation can not be achieved keeping the rest mass intact. Here again the reciprocity prevents FTL propagation. But this barrier is also removed in the published article, which paves the way for FTL propagations.
