right ascension ±declination: radius
All three values can be either decimal degrees or degrees, minutes (and optionally seconds) separated by a space. The plus or minus sign before the declination value is mandatory. The default for the search radius is 10 arcmin (represented as "0 10" if using degrees, minutes, seconds, or 0.16667 if using degrees).
