The results of the second of a series of observations of the optical spectra for QSOs and strong-emission-line galaxies identified with radio sources from a selected area of the Molonglo Reference Catalog (MRC) are presented. A complete sample of the QSOs and strong-emission-line galaxies is given, up to a limiting flux density of 1 Jy at 408 MHz and a limiting magnitude of 19.5 on the O plate of the Palomar Sky Survey (PSS). The spectral data for the selected objects are reproduced in a table, as well as a finding chart prepared from E prints of the PSS.
