You can use this form if you wish to submit a note (comments,
clarifications, etc.) to an article appearing in our abstract database
that you have authored. The text of your note will be reviewed by the
ADS personnel and then introduced into our database as an "Author
Comment", which will be displayed whenever the paper in question is
retrieved by a user.
After completing and submitting this form, you will be asked to verify
the information before it is sent to the ADS database administrator.
We reserve the right to verify and/or censor the information submitted to
us.
